Refund & Cancellation

Custom-made products (millstones, custom grinding wheels) cannot be cancelled after production begins. For standard products, cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective goods – please report within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds are made via original payment method within 7–10 business days.
